By working with Tisya AI for website development, software, AI solutions, automation, SEO, hosting, maintenance, or any related service, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Tisya AI provides website design and development, custom software and application development, AI-powered solutions, automation, SEO and digital services, hosting, maintenance, and related technical services.
The scope of work, deliverables, pricing, payment terms, and estimated timeline for a project will be communicated and agreed upon before work begins.
Most projects require an advance payment before work begins. The advance amount may vary depending on the nature and scope of the project and will be specified in the applicable quotation, proposal, invoice, or agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, the advance will generally be 30% or more of the total project fee.
Payments made towards a project, including advance payments, are non-refundable once received. This applies if a client subsequently chooses to cancel, pause, discontinue, or otherwise not proceed with the project.
Any remaining balance will be payable according to the agreed payment schedule. Work or services may be paused if payments become overdue.
Where applicable, Tisya AI may also charge a recurring monthly fee for hosting, maintenance, support, software services, or other ongoing services. Such charges and their billing frequency will be communicated separately.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹), unless otherwise specified. Tisya AI is currently not charging GST on its services.
Project timelines provided by Tisya AI are estimates and may depend on the timely receipt of content, information, feedback, approvals, access, and other requirements from the client.
Delays caused by missing information, late responses, delayed approvals, or other client-side dependencies may result in a corresponding change to the delivery timeline.
Timelines may also change if the agreed scope or requirements are modified during the project.
Projects will be delivered according to the scope agreed upon before work begins.
A reasonable number of revisions or modifications may be included depending on the project and will be communicated as part of the agreed scope.
Requests that add new features, functionality, pages, integrations, or materially change the agreed requirements may be considered additional work and may involve additional charges. Any such charges will be communicated before the additional work is undertaken.
Where Tisya AI manages hosting, domains, maintenance, or other recurring services, the applicable charges will be communicated separately.
Recurring services must be renewed or paid for within the applicable billing period to remain active.
Where hosting or infrastructure is managed by the client or a third-party provider, Tisya AI is not responsible for issues, downtime, restrictions, or failures caused by that provider.
Once all applicable project payments have been received in full, the client will receive ownership of the final agreed deliverables, subject to any third-party software, licenses, APIs, plugins, frameworks, or other components that remain subject to their respective licenses.
Until full payment is received, unpaid project work and deliverables remain the property of Tisya AI and may not be used, copied, distributed, deployed, or commercially exploited without written permission.
Tisya AI may showcase completed projects in its portfolio, website, social media, or marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
The client is responsible for providing accurate and lawful content and materials required for the project, including text, images, videos, logos, product information, data, and required account access.
The client is responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights and permissions to use any materials provided to Tisya AI.
Tisya AI is not responsible for copyright, trademark, privacy, or other legal issues arising from materials supplied by the client.
Tisya AI will take reasonable steps to keep confidential business information, credentials, documents, and other information provided by the client private and will use such information only as reasonably necessary to provide the agreed services.
Projects may involve third-party platforms, APIs, hosting providers, plugins, software, or other external services.
Tisya AI is not responsible for changes, outages, pricing changes, restrictions, discontinuation, or failures caused by third-party providers.
Any third-party charges required for a project will be the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed.
Tisya AI will perform its services with reasonable care and effort. However, specific results cannot be guaranteed.
This includes, but is not limited to, search engine rankings, website traffic, leads, conversions, sales, revenue, advertising performance, business growth, or specific results from AI or automation services.
Results may depend on factors outside Tisya AI's control.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tisya AI's liability arising from a particular project or service will be limited to the total amount actually paid to Tisya AI for that particular project or service.
Tisya AI will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, except where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
Either party may request termination of an ongoing project by providing written notice.
In the event of termination, the client remains responsible for payments relating to work or services completed or incurred up to the date of termination. Any advance payment already made will remain non-refundable.
Access to unpaid deliverables or ongoing services may be withheld or suspended until applicable outstanding payments are cleared.
Project-related requirements, approvals, confirmations, feedback, and other important communications may be provided through email, messaging platforms, or other communication channels agreed upon between the parties.
The client is responsible for reviewing deliverables and providing timely feedback or approvals where required.
In the event of any disagreement, both parties will first attempt to resolve the matter through direct and good-faith communication.
If the matter cannot be resolved amicably, either party may pursue remedies available under applicable law.
Tisya AI may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version published or communicated by Tisya AI will apply to future engagements unless otherwise agreed in writing.
